Dietitian/Dietetic Technician/Nurse  

Location: Morrow and Delaware Counties

Delaware Public Health District is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Full-Time Dietitian, Dietetic Technician, or Nurse to join our dedicated and mission-driven team. Working within our diverse and inclusive environment, you’ll be charged with assessing and documenting client nutritional risks, providing nutrition and breastfeeding counselling, and prescribing tailored food packages within the Women, Infant, and Children Unit.  The WIC Unit operates in Morrow, Delaware, and Union Counties.  This position will be split between Morrow and Delaware Counties.

The successful candidate will qualify in one of two categories:

Health Professional 1: Associate degree in dietetics, nutrition or other related field required.  Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) with a current valid registration required.  Possession of a valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance required.  Less than 1-year relevant experience required.  Pay grade (E) begins at $20.55/hour commensurate with experience.

Health Professional 2:  Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition or other related field required.  Dietetics license with state of Ohio required.  Possession of a valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance required. Less than one-year relevant experience required. Pay grade (H) begins at $25.55/hour commensurate with experience.
