Under limited supervision, uses independent judgment and initiative to perform a variety of project management, office management and advanced administrative duties in support of management, staff and/or operation of the Southeast Health District’s, District Office. Such duties include, but are not limited to, Front desk and phone coverage, Fleet Vehicle Schedule, Finance, Data Analysis, limited Human Resources duties, monitoring and maintaining departmental supplies, as well as composing and typing correspondence and minutes, preparing reports, managing schedules, attending meetings, entering and compiling data. Will provide personal assistance and support to the District Executive Management Team.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college AND Four years of advanced level experience in assigned area. Must show ability to lead or supervise a team.
