Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant fiscal experience. Health Research, Inc.’s (HRI) mission is building a healthier future for New York State and beyond through the delivery of funding and program support to further public health and research programs. Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of experience reviewing financial documentation to support expenses submitted on vouchers and/or invoices for allowable and
appropriate costs; experience working with contract budgets to ensure compliance of fiscal and administrative requirements; and experience using
financial and grants management systems.

Responsibilities
The Contract Processing Specialist II will have administrative responsibilities associated with the Fiscal Management Unit in the Division of
HIV/STD/Hepatitis C Prevention Services (DOP). Duties will include: reviewing, processing and tracking of voucher claims and budget modifications
from contractors, assisting in verifying compliance with approved budgets; assisting in problem solving with contractors and contract managers when
issues arise; tracking status related to contractor spending and assist in producing reports on voucher activities; providing technical assistance to
contractors; participate in monitoring site visits as required; maintaining contract databases and performing other appropriate related duties as
assigned.
