Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in data quality control, data quality improvement and data collection; OR an Associates degree in a related field and four years of such experience; OR six years of such experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience.

Preferred Qualifications
At least two years working with AIDS/HIV related organizations/programs with an understating of the services and programs funded; at least two years of experience with report writing programs such as Excel, Access, and/or Crystal Reports; experience with SharePoint.
Responsibilities
The Data Administrator IV will work in the AIDS Institute’s Office of Administration and Contract Management. The incumbent will develop various reports on services, funding, and contract related data for internal and external parties, perform quality control activities, maintain fiscal and contract related data in the Office’s Contract Management System (CMS), which is a SQL Server/VB.net database application and assist with maintaining an office SharePoint site. Other appropriate related duties as assigned.
