Experience working in a human resources department; experience working within a recruitment team or working on recruitment activities; proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word; experience with Adobe Acrobat; demonstrated experience providing customer service.
The Hourly Project Assistant (Human Resources – Recruitment) will assist the Recruitment Team in Health Research, Inc.’s Human Resources Department, located within the Corporate Office. The incumbent will play an important role in assisting to ensure a fair and consistent selection and hiring process by thoroughly reviewing a high volume of candidate resumes and applications. The incumbent will also serve as a liaison to hiring programs regarding routine recruitment requests.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this hourly position would work up to 37.5 hours/week for approximately 12 weeks, and up to 20 hours/week thereafter.
Hourly rate: commensurate with experience.
