Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years of relevant systems experience in a business setting; or an Associate’s degree in a relevant field and six years of such experience; OR eight years of such experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience.

This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting may not be available. Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with accounting principles and practices including knowledge of general ledger. Experience with grants management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
HRI will soon be implementing Workday as its new cloud-based ERP software system.  The [Sr. System Analyst or System Analyst] position will play a vital role as part of the HRI post-implementation Workday support team within HRI’s Corporate Office. This will be a proactive, strategically focused, and value driven team that will play a critical role in achieving organizational goals and striving towards continuous innovation to deliver greater value to HRI. The Sr. System Analyst will oversee the daily system support for Workday FINS including Accounting, Banking and Settlement, Business Assets, Grants Management and Procurement. The incumbent will lead more complex troubleshooting and corrective action to resolve business issues and support for application enhancements and bug fixes. The analyst will provide subject matter guidance and expertise for application functionality, including business processes and configuration capabilities. In collaboration with the ERP Manager, Sr. System Analyst for HCM, and the technology team, the incumbent will play a lead role in preparation for all scheduled releases, and all changes made to dimensions, hierarchies, business processes and validation rules. In addition, the Sr. Finance System Analyst will lead the development and enforcement of security policies, perform bulk uploads, data extracts, and data analysis including the creation of reports and dashboards for users.
