Overview

The employee in this position, under the direction of the Public Health Manager/Health Officer provides population-based public health nursing programs and services at the individual, community and systems level. The employee in this position is expected to complete assignments with minimal level of supervision, and may lead and/or advise other public health staff in areas of programmatic expertise.  The individual in this position works collaboratively on the core public health functions of assessment, policy development and assurance. This position is 32 – 36 hours per week.

Starting Wage: $50,128 – $57,283 based upon qualifications; plus, an excellent County benefits package and participation in the state retirement plan.
