Under the supervision of the Health Officer, this position promotes individual and population health by leading community health policy systems and environmental change, grant writing and grant management. This position is also responsible for gathering input, organizing and collaborating with community partners to inform the development, implementation and evaluation of community-based public health policies and programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education/planning, epidemiology, administration, public communication, nursing or related field. Experience in public/community health, program planning, community organizing or data analysis preferred. 2022 Starting Wage: $21.35 – $24.40 and includes excellent County benefits and State retirement plan.
