• Provide mental health and/or substance use assessments, treatment planning, family counseling, and case management
  • Work as a member of a team that includes evidence-based consultants
  • Focus on improving family functioning by using evidence-based model, ingenuity, and strong engagement skills
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, external stakeholders (e.g. juvenile courts and schools), community partners, and  outside agencies
  • Attend continuing education opportunities and maintain professional reading
  • Develop a working knowledge of community resources for referrals


  • Master’s degree in social work
  • LMSW, LCSW, or CSW licensure
  • High ethical standards and personal integrity
  • Ability to provide care in a culturally competent way & consistently treat all with dignity and respect
  • Time management and task prioritization skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) therapist preferred, not required
