The Program Manager will work independently under the Center Director to provide programmatic and technical support and management of all projects in the Center for Evidence Based Practices. These activities include statewide training and implementation of evidence-based practices related to psychotherapy and crisis interventions for the Medicaid population.
Provides programmatic and technical oversight for all Center for Evidence Based Practice projects. Monitors the execution and progress of project activities and required deliverables. Works with the center director to develop program goals and deliverables. Ensures the center director is kept abreast of all activities and communications as needed.
Supervises program personnel and is responsible, for hiring, evaluating, discipling, and discharging program personnel. Oversees programmatic performance on subcontracts to ensure deliverables are met. Develops and monitors annual budgets, in conjunction with the center director and business manager.
Oversees the preparation of reports including: annual reports and workplans, summary statistics, special reports and publications, materials and reports for legislators; and data used for program planning and evaluation. Oversees the collection of data necessary for analyses of outcomes to demonstrate effectiveness of activities. Develops evaluation protocols needed to measure outcome indicators of program deliverables and implements protocols for the program.
Represents the Center in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to provide information regarding progress of Center activities. Seeks other funding opportunities (grants, contracts) to advance the overall mission of the center. Prepares funding opportunity proposals, including writing statements of work, goals, outcomes, and deliverables for projects and development of staffing plans for new funding in conjunction with the center director.
