Job Title: Research Coordinator for the Ohio Policy Evaluation Network (OPEN)

Job Description: The Ohio Policy Evaluation Network (OPEN) is a research collaborative of scholars from the Ohio State University, University of Cincinnati, and Case Western Reserve University that conducts rigorous, impactful, and forward-thinking social-science research on the reproductive health of Ohioans, Kentuckians, and West Virginians. Our interdisciplinary research projects assess reproductive health outcomes, equity, access, cost, and autonomy in the context of federal and state laws and policies. OPEN is committed to the scholarly pursuit of new knowledge to support reproductive justice, health, and equity.

The Research Coordinator will support OPEN’s research mission by overseeing essential research tasks across our multiple institutions. OPEN’s Research Coordinator will work closely with project leads of OPEN’s research studies to: support research operations, including engaging with staff at research sites; prepare grant-related products (including annual reports and grant applications); manage and coordinate OPEN’s budget and contracts; provide technical support for managing file systems and guest accounts; manage Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions for OPEN research studies; and perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. They will report to the Principal Investigators and be a member of the Executive Committee.

We seek an experienced administrator with a strong background and/or interest in reproductive health research, including reproductive healthcare policy, contraception, and abortion access. The selected individual will have exceptional skills in managing complex processes, experience working within academic institutions, and talent in working with a diverse set of researchers, collaborators, and stakeholders.

Salary Range: $62,700 to $83,600
