The New Business, Institutional Fundraising Department, supports PSI platforms and departments in fundraising and business development with large institutional donors (USAID, FCDO, etc.) We are looking for a someone who is detail and process oriented to join our team of Business Development professionals.

PSI seeks a Coordinator, Business Development that will Support the New Business Development (NBD) team with time-intensive administrative tasks, including webchecks, CV editing and formatting, and document packaging. Additionally, lead some small projects including using Salesforce to conduct data analysis for win/loss trends and other reporting as requested and assisting with partner/competitor identification and analysis.


Your contributions

-Webchecks and opportunity identification 30% of the Time

-This task includes department Salesforce account management
-Document formatting and editing 15% of the Time
-Copy editing and fresh eyes editing 10% of the Time
-Data analysis and reporting (PSI board, CSRO) 10% of the Time
-Background research for proposals 10% of the Time
-Proposal writing (background, concept notes) 5% of the Time
-Consultant management and payment 15% of the Time
-Financial admin tasks (CC reconciliation, IQC payments) 5% of the Time

What are we looking for?

-Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field (public health or policy degrees preferred)
-At least 1 year of related administrative or office work experience. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
-French or Spanish language skills preferred.
-Professional writing experience preferred.
-International experience preferred.
