PSI seeks a Senior Manager/Manager, Talent Acquisition that will Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position will lead an incredible team of Talent Acquisition Partners in their efforts to identify, select, and onboard highly sought-after talent for PSI’s domestic and global programs. |
Responsibilities
Your contributions
The Manager, Talent Acquisition, will be responsible for: – Lead and manage the talent acquisition and proposal recruitment function to meet short-term and long-term needs. – Ensure DEI sourcing and assessment practices are embedded in the talent acquisition process to increase the diversity of candidate pools. Partner with senior leadership to integrate inclusion nudges and other bias busting approaches into talent selection processes. – Lead, manage and coordinate talent acquisition projects, in collaboration with PSI leaders and hiring managers. Develop and deploy processes and tools to support talent acquisition programs. – Supervise and develop team members. Prioritize, organize, delegate, and coordinate the flow of work. Enhance individual employee performance through frequent and timely communication and support. – Provide surge support and full life cycle recruitment for key positions.
In addition to the duties described above, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will: – Provide critical input necessary to meet PSI’s workforce planning needs, including staff resources, assessment tools, competencies, and ensuring staffing policies and procedures are compliant. – Establish an effective and innovative talent acquisition strategy, providing expertise in areas of strategic sourcing, market intelligence, emerging staffing trends, and talent acquisition analytics. – Lead, manage and coordinate highly visible talent acquisition activities, including C- and VP-level searches. – Develop and deploy processes and tools to improve talent acquisition programs. – Establish and monitor talent acquisition success criteria and ROI.

Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Qualifications To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the level at which you are requesting consideration. To qualify as a manager, you must have a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), master’s preferred, in a related field and at least 7 years of related experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. HR certification preferred. Equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: – Workforce planning, recruitment, branding, and recruitment related compliance regulations. – Employee development and management skills. Knowing when to coach, when to advise and when to provide specific direction related to multiple human resources disciplines. |
