Since 2012, PSI has been a leader in developing markets for sanitation, and our newest team member will play an integral role in helping PSI take sanitation access to scale through strengthening local market systems. We support a portfolio of WASH projects in 10 countries, with a focus on advancing local leadership and innovation. We are a small, nimble, collaborative team that works hard and has a lot of fun. |

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, independent, passionate person to join our rapidly growing global WASH Team as a Technical Advisor I. |
Responsibilities
Your contributions
· Technical: Contribute to the development and implementation of the department’s technical activities and strategy. Provide remote and in-country technical assistance to build capacity of network members to effectively deliver results in line with PSI and global best practices and the department’s strategy. Contribute to development and implementation of workplans, in collaboration with program management teams, with oversight from manager. Contribute to report writing and development of technical guidance. 40% of the Time
· Program Management: Provide inputs into development of budgets for field activities and proposals. 10% of the Time
· Representation: Represent the department, project, or network member internally within the PSI network. May represent the department, project, or network member externally. 10% of the Time
· Thought Leadership / Knowledge Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of the department’s thought leadership and knowledge management agenda, including the development and internal and external dissemination of technical and programmatic briefs, webinars, reports, and manuscripts. 25% of the Time
· Fundraising: Contribute to new business development by writing or reviewing proposals. 15% of the Time
