Overview
Key responsibilities for volunteers include:
· Scanning Documents for ongoing use.
· Quality control of documents and saving to secure drives.
Ideal candidates for volunteers will have the following attributes:
· Academic courses concentrated in public health, library science, health policy, law, or other related fields
· Willingness to commit a minimum of 6 hours/week during normal working hours for three academic quarters (9 months); during the pandemic, as few as 4 hours may be acceptable
· Detail-oriented
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Experience scanning, and filing documents electronically
· Experience with MS SharePoint and Access desirable
