The Taney County Health Department is accepting resumes for a Clinical Manager. Duties will include management of clinical division activities including supervision and staff development and clinical planning including family planning, communicable disease, and immunizations. The ideal candidate will have a management background in a clinical setting, including oversight of nursing and clerical staff. Experience in a public health or community clinic is a plus. Desired characteristics would be integrity, compassion, and strong leadership skills and would value teamwork, collaboration, and hold others and self to high standard of conduct. Minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Three (3) years of public health experience, three (3) years of management experience, a master’s degree in Public Health Administration, Public Health, or closely related field, and formal leadership training preferred, however, not required.
