About the Role
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for creating reports and analyzing data in support of TPG’s Case Management Operations.
What You’ll Do
This role also works closely with the data systems applications team(s) to ensure that existing performance indicators and new metrics are integrated into the Case Management Systems’ reporting functionality.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for report delivery to all internal customers and client contacts, of both ad hoc and scheduled reports
Collaborates closely with Operations, Corporate, and client teams to identify and anticipate data and reporting needs. Ensures appropriate data collection and reporting capability to meet expected needs.
Be instrumental in developing key performance indicators, report structure, etc. and contribute to and the development of dashboards and reports
Liaison with the data systems applications team(s)
Analyze the data in standardized reports and generate an analysis on said data to include action from reports and metrics
Serve as a resource for Lead Unification Managers and Unification Specialists to assist in understanding of performance metrics and use of reports
Participate in the development of data system and reporting training materials and resources guides
Works with Corporate and Operations to continue to involve or identify systems and system requirements
Serves as a key member of the operational team, providing excellent, timely data and reporting to support program needs and drive program improvements
Requires ability to quickly learn operational details and customer priorities; expertise working with stakeholders and technical teams to define report requirements; supervisory/management experience; customer service mentality/sense of urgency; strong analytic and data management skills; commitment to data quality and reporting accuracy
Led documentation development or updates to ensure the appropriate and ease of developing and understanding reports
Duties are performed via a government approved computer system. Employees are required to possess strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Public Health, or similar programs
5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Excellent knowledge of data cleaning and validation principals and techniques
Excellent knowledge of importing and combining data from disparate datasets
Experience developing data collection and reporting systems
Strong writing skills
Data software experience, including:3+ years of experience working with SPSS software to examine, clean, and analyze data including syntax development and pull-down menus
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas to examine, clean, and analyze data
1+ years of experience creating reports in PowerBI or Tableau (preferred)
Experience providing technical assistance and training around data (preferred)
Experience developing key performance indicators (preferred)
Experience working with ORR and UCs or other CM experience (preferred)
Must possess strong computer skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, TEAMS
Ability to type 45 wpm
Work Environment
This is a remote opportunity where occasional travel could be required. Since this is a remote role, must have a dedicated workspace conducive to full videoconferencing (camera and audio) for facilitating webinars and online discussions.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position but hours could vary depending on needs. May include travel, evenings, and weekends to meet different time zones and projects.
