Richmond City Health District (RCHD) is looking for a Health Educator, Sr. to provide navigation and non-medical Case Management services to individuals who are newly diagnosed with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), or individuals who have fallen out of care. Using motivational interviewing techniques, the Health Educator, Sr. will provide education and counseling to community members, on HIV and the importance of medical care and medication adherence. The Health Educator, Sr. will identify barriers to care, and work with the community. This position will require engagement with Community Partners, preparation of data for grant reporting and presentations, complete best practice reviews, and facilitate meetings (as needed).
